He has repeatedly spent countless hours resolving ridiculously frustrating issues I’ve had with my Nationwide insurance policies. I can always count on Scott to tirelessly and diligently persist until everything is resolved, despite the headaches involved. Thank you again (and again and again and again), Scott!!

I spoke to Scott Baker about my home owner's policy and I was very happy that I did. He was able to quickly resolve all of my issues, find me a better policy, and save me money! Sorry this awesome review is so late. On November 25, 2025 Scott Baker was a life saver. I purchased a new car and needed help after the North Point office in Central Square NY had closed. The office in Central Square are the worst agents and we have since left them and gone with another insurance agent in the area. They deleted me from a policy when we switched from Nationwide to Progressive. For 6 years my name was not on my husband and mine insurance policy so assumed not covered if something were to happen. So therefore my name not on a policy and I could not pick up my new car and delayed for 2 days. Scott was wonderful. He fixed all there mistakes. Added me to the policy that night and sent all the information that the dealer needed. Unfortunately with all his hard work and multiple phone calls after hours his valiant effort was not enough to get my car. He is an excellent customer service representative and I hope Nothh Point recognizes that. Thanks again Scott.

I am shopping around for a new insurance carrier. One of the factors in deciding where to spend my money is online reviews and any responses from the business, if applicable.Thank you to whomever wrote this response for taking the time, more than a month after the initial review. It does not escape my notice that the only time the manager has responded to a review was with the intent of minimizing the contributions of a team member who is named in 7 out of 12 reviews for outstanding customer service. Personally, I would rather spend money with a company who actively commends their people who are doing well by the customer.

Hats off to Jennie Chatelle! Over the past few days I have spoken to several agencies. As a customer service provider myself, I know that it is something that has fallen to the wayside. Jennie was fantastic!! She really went above and beyond expectations. She took the time to understand my issues and was able to help me find coverage for my daughter as well as help us understand auto insurance a little bit better. 10 out of 10. Scott has been so wonderful to work with through my role as a mortgage loan processor for a local bank that my first thought was to reach out to him when I knew it was time to seek an insurance agent who would truly take care of my own personal coverage needs. At the same time, I was in the process of buying a new car - so I unintentionally put the pressure on Scott for a lot of information in a short period of time! Thanks to him, my multi-line insurance coverage is solid and more affordable than it was before, and he got the information for the new car taken care of at my urgent request, late in the afternoon on a Friday...and he was kind and generous and patient through it all. Thank you, Scott, for going above and beyond and for being the agent to whom I will refer folks whenever the opportunity arises, professionally or personally.
