Hats off to Jennie Chatelle! Over the past few days I have spoken to several agencies. As a customer service provider myself, I know that it is something that has fallen to the wayside. Scott has been so wonderful to work with through my role as a mortgage loan processor for a local bank that my first thought was to reach out to him when I knew it was time to seek an insurance agent who would truly take care of my own personal coverage needs. At the same time, I was in the process of buying a new car - so I unintentionally put the pressure on Scott for a lot of information in a short period of time! Thanks to him, my multi-line insurance coverage is solid and more affordable than it was before, and he got the information for the new car taken care of at my urgent request, late in the afternoon on a Friday...and he was kind and generous and patient through it all.
